As the director of the Operations team, Jesse oversees the coordination of service delivery and builds adaptive systems that help our team members across different roles and technical specializations work collaboratively and consistently.

With dozens of industry certifications and more than two decades of success in operational transformation and technical leadership, Jesse brings a practical, human-centered approach to our work, always putting the user experience first with thorough communication and creative problem-solving. When he’s offline, you can usually find him spending time with his dogs Magpie and Snufkin.
